Description:
Of the many challenges employers face today, one of the most difficult is
finding, acquiring and keeping talent. And for good reason: Talented employees
are in limited supply, and very much in demand. Employee turnover costs an
average of 3x base salary to recruit, onboard, and retrain, plus lost corporate
history. Case studies of specific workplaces demonstrate additional,
industry-specific benefits, including reduced staff shrinkage, improved track
records on performance, higher worker satisfaction, and better quality job
applicants. This panel will center the discussion on how newly completed work
environments support and enhance employees in their everyday work lives. The
case studies will use comparisons - qualitative and quantitative measures - to
demonstrate success and to share lessons learned.
