Description:
Up for a challenge? Developing multiple RE strategies for hypothetical scenarios where attracting young educated talent is the top priority in this highly interactive session. You will participate along with those on social media in discussions ranging from evaluating an aging large-city engineering firm to a start-up green manufacturing company in a mid-size Southeast City.
Be prepared to quickly create and defend your table’s strategy in a debate format. The Young Leaders - Special Interest Group, will facilitate this session. Discussion will be supplemented by survey data collected from 900+ young leaders and will have live interactive participation from Young Leaders via Twitter.
