Description:
This survey combines the efforts of the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate at the University of San Diego, CBRE, and CoreNet Global to evaluate impressions and opinions from CoreNet members and to compare these to some of the research already uncovered by these organizations. Through this survey we have identified some of the opportunities and challenges of implementing sustainable strategies, assessed how aggressively companies are pursuing sustainability and at what premium.
