provide strategy and consultancy support to help them
realize their vision for their second century in business.
Initially the engagement focused on a real estate analysis of several
scenarios: Should the company stay in its current headquarters or
relocate, and if relocation is best, whether relocation should be to
an urban or suburban location. As the process evolved, the parameters
of the assignment broadened significantly.
