Charles is an architect with over 30 years’ experience and Director of Development for M Moser Associates.
Charles has been country head of several offices in Asia and pioneered their virtual design and construction methodologies.
Since 2022, he has broadened his role to lead the productive adoption of generative AI in all aspects of the AEC industry.

Diana Kraemer
Diana Kraemer is a sports scientist and former professional athlete with over 25 years of experience in holistic health, fitness, and wellness. She co-founded Asia’s first Social Wellness Club, pioneering a unique blend of cutting-edge technology and ancient practices to deliver personalized wellness journeys. An expert in biohacking, recovery, and high-performance living, she is passionate about designing innovative wellness concepts that optimize health, enhance longevity, and support multidimensional well-being.
She launched a wellness platform in Singapore offering retreats, programs, and has facilitated transformative experiences across Asia through coaching, consulting, and speaking—empowering individuals and organizations on their wellness journeys.
Jason Sim, ARUP
Jason Sim is an acoustic consultant with broad experience spanning building acoustics, performing arts venues, environmental noise, and aircraft noise. He holds a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Melbourne and began his career at Arup’s Melbourne office before relocating to Singapore in 2018.
Jason brings international experience to projects across diverse sectors, consistently aiming to deliver efficient, practical, and collaborative design solutions. He has extensive experience in commercial buildings and performing arts venues, where acoustic design must navigate complex, multidisciplinary requirements to enhance the user experience.
Dr Adam Roberts, SINGAPORE-ETH CENTRE
Dr Adam Roberts is a Human Factors psychologist with specialisation in neuro-ergonomics and is currently a Senior Researcher in the Future Resilient Systems programme at the Singapore-ETH Centre. He spent his academic career in inter-disciplinary resesarch at the intersection of engineering and social sciences.
At Nanyang Technological University in Singapore he worked with Mechanical and Civil Engineers to systematically vary environmental parameters such as air quality and enclosure and examine their effects on workers.
Prior to working in Singapore, Adam was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Faculty Linguistics at the University of Oxford, and received his PhD in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Sheffield. Adam has worked on projects relating to environmental effects on the brain and behaviour, financial resilience and FinTech, speech and language perception, and brain controlled adaptive automation.
