6pm-8pm (REGISTRATION OPENS at 5:45pm and the meeting will start promptly at 6pm)

The Exchange, hosted by BXP, Floor 1 (The Exchange is on the same floor, but on the Congress Street side)

Join your fellow CoreNet Global - New England Chapter members and sponsors to reflect on the successes of FY24-25. and look ahead to a year of collaboration, connections, fostering career development, and innovation in the corporate real estate industry. Connect with your CoreNet Global - New England Chapter colleagues, recognize the resilience of our chapter, thank our dedicated volunteers and members of The New England Chapter of CoreNet Global Board of Directors.

The Annual Meeting will feature a short program, including approval of the 2024 Annual Meeting minutes, review and vote by the membership to approve FY25-26 chapter budgets, and discussion of priorities and goals for the chapter in the upcoming year. This will be followed by a brief graduation ceremony for the 2024-2025 cohort of the Leadership 2.0 program.

After the official programming is complete, there will be open breakout networking to allow members to catch up with colleagues and discuss ideas for the New England Chapter of CoreNet Global to work to accomplish in the next year.

 

Meeting Schedule on Tuesday, March 25, 2025:

  • 6pm-6:45pm: Meeting portion/presentation (a quorum is needed for a vote)
    • Location: Auditorium, hosted by Franklin Templeton, Floor 1
  • 6:45pm-8pm: Networking / Cocktails / Hors d'oeuvres
    • Location: The Exchange, hosted by BXP, Floor 1

  • Annual Meeting event timing and details:
    • 100 Federal Street, Boston, MA 02110
    • 5:45pm is registration, meeting starts promptly at 6pm-6:45pm in the Putnam Investments/Franklin Templeton Auditorium at 100 Federal Street
    • Post-meeting cocktails/networking/hors d’oeuvres will be held from 6:45pm-8pm in The Exchange at BXP at 100 Federal Street (same building / same floor as the Auditorium)
    • Please plan to attend both the meeting and the post-meeting networking / cocktails
  • Parking/MBTA:
    • If driving, suggest to park at PO Square Garage with a nightly rate of $9 after 4pm
    • MBA options include State or Government Center
  • Annual Meeting, Putnam Investments/Franklin Templeton Auditorium, 6pm-6:45pm:
    • We will first be in the Putnam Investments/Franklin Templeton Auditorium on the first floor of the 100 Federal Street building to start (on Federal Street side of the building), for the meeting where we will review important Chapter updates, vote on the FY2025-2026 Budget, and graduate the 2024-2025 cohort of Leadership 2.0
    • Registration tables will be set up directly outside of the Auditorium doors
    • Registration begins at 5:45pm and the meeting starts promptly at 6pm inside the Auditorium
    • Coat racks will be available
    • If you enter the building on the Congress street instead of Federal Street, simply go to the other side of the first floor off of Federal Street to find the Auditorium where you see the registration tables
    • There are restrooms available inside the Auditorium
    • We will have quick water/soft drinks and light snacks to grab to tide you over until the post-meeting networking available in the lobby of the auditorium, but the items cannot be brought into the Auditorium
  • Networking details at The Exchange 6:45pm-8pm
    • We will move to the Congress Street side of the first floor at 100 Federal Street for the cocktails and networking portion of the meeting
    • Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be served
    • Restrooms are available near the networking space
    • Coat racks will be available

If you would like to continue networking post our event, Amber Road Bar & Grill at The Exchange on floor 1 (adjacent to the post-meeting networking) will be open until 11pm
