Fresh on the heels of receiving two Gold Awards from the IEDC (International Economic Development Council) for "Real Estate Development & Reuse" and "Public-Private Partnerships," the CoreNet Global Mid-Atlantic Chapter is pleased to host this unique program, which will include a tour, panel discussion, and networking.
Join us to meet the key players involved in the redevelopment and adaptive re-use envisioned for Regency Mall in Henrico County, including a tour of the former Macy's department store that is now the home for NOVA of Virginia Aquatics as a full natatorium with support spaces. Get insight on this project, what else is planned for Regency Mall, and other exciting perspectives on how Henrico and commercial developers work together to reinvent commercial assets into new hubs for the dynamic connection of work, live, and play. Moreover, how these endeavors enhance how senior real estate executives can utilize alternatives aside from having a corporate campus to attract key talent and offer options for gathering their corporate teams, including for national sales meetings and more. This is a do-not-miss opportunity to go behind the scenes!
Starting Location: Food Court Entrance—Check-in inside the old food court before the tour. We will return to the exact location for a panel discussion and networking.
