Alec is the President and Managing Partner of NAI Pleasant Valley, where he is an investment salesperson and also leads and manages the activities of this regional commercial brokerage. Traditionally focused on suburban office and industrial investment properties, he has closed over $500 million of transactions during his career. He has been a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) since 1996 (pin #7005), a Senior Instructor for the Institute, a past president for the Ohio CCIM Chapter and was named Robert L. Ward Instructor of the Year in 2019. He produces a weekly video, What IC@PVC, is the editor of a monthly column for Properties Magazine entitled Financial Strategies and has contributed articles for Inside Business, Heartland Real Estate magazine and Commercial Investment Real Estate magazine. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (where he served on the research steering committee, the Urban Land Institute (where he was a Market Profiles editor) and NAIOP (where he is a 4-time winner of Cleveland Investment Deal of the Year).
