David Nguyen, PhD - University of Minnesota - Edson W. Spencer Chair in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Senior Fellow, Director of Graduate Studies - Minors, TLI Faculty, Technological Leadership Institute
David is currently a Senior Fellow at the Technological Leadership Institute, where he focuses on innovation and entrepreneurship to cultivate leaders and leadership. He comes from the startup world by way of corporate research in Human-Computer Interaction. David has a technical background with an MS and PhD in Computer Science where he focused on Artificial Intelligence and Ubiquitous Computing. In the innovation space, he has numerous publications on novel technologies and interactions. An avid inventor, he has over 40 patents issued or filled. In the startup space, he has founded multiple startups and will gladly share his learnings with other entrepreneurs and soon-to-be entrepreneurs.
