Amid the crisis, the CoreNet NYC Public Policy Committee is exploring one growing trend that will begin to have an increasing impact on the industry and has largely gone unnoticed. Augmented Reality (AR) is set to permeate our way of life fueled by our use of mobile phones, the development of Artificial Intelligence and the adoption of 5G networks. Buildings will become gateways to content and information. But who owns the AR rights in real estate? What happens when unauthorized messages are attached to a property? Do tenants have the right to augment from their storefront or office floor? Can someone obtain rights today for exploitation tomorrow?

Join the webinar as experts, Neil Mandt, Partner at The Layer Group and Karen Whitt, President of Real Estate Management Services for Colliers International discuss this topic in detail.
