Event Description:

Every week it seems as if a new merger or acquisition is announced. The A/E/C and larger real estate industries are defined by constant change. Anticipating change and navigating it gracefully can be a critical factor in an individual’s and company’s success. When employees understand the business goals, drivers and desired outcomes behind M&A's, they can better support their peers, managers and company during times of transition. Employees can also leverage career opportunities through demonstrating resilience and providing positive support. Come join us for a panel discussion between industry experts who’ve been through it all - the good, the bad and the purely amazing. They’ll share their experiences and lessons learned, around best practices in adding value during a transition process.
