Real Estate Life Cycle Series - Part 1: Finding Your Space

 

The CoreNet Young Leaders Program’s Committee is excited to announce the launch of a new, 4-part interactive panel series for 2020: The RE Life Cycle Series.

This series will be broken into the following panel discussions: Finding Your Space, Designing Your Space, Workplace Experience and End User Case Study – with overall focus on PropTech in the CRE industry.

This first panel will focus on the tenant rep brokers, their initial interactions with end-users, the acquisition process, and more specifically, the technologies used to help source available spaces that meet the client’s overall needs. Our panelists will
 walk us through an in-depth conversation about the resources they use day-to-day, and the ways in which they’re changing the game and helping to create a better experience for the end-user throughout the leasing process.

Speaker Bio:

 

Bobby Goodman, CEO/Co-Founder, Truss manages strategic brokerage initiatives and business development at Truss and is the commercial real estate subject matter expert. He combines his extensive background in real estate with Truss’ marketplace vision, helping shape a new era in leasing commercial space. Bobby is a recognized industry visionary, never satisfied with the status quo. Bobby's mission is to simplify and streamline the entire leasing process to make it easy for Truss customers,

 

Mike Clark, CEO, RealMassive is a seasoned tech executive having worked for Dunn & Bradstreet, Hewlett-Packard, Compaq Computers, and Charles Schwab. He worked several years in the mid-market space for private equity backed companies helping them drive value through M&A and organic growth. Mike’s passion is partnering with customers and using technology to solve their problems.

 

Samantha Low, Director/Co-Founder, Cushman & Wakefield/TenantSee, is a tenant real estate advisor at Cushman and Wakefield, cofounded TenantSee, a technology that empowers tenants with knowledge on what goes on behind the CRE transaction curtain, which provides transparency and efficiency from site selections to moving into new spaces. In December of 2018 she won an award at the CRE Tech Conference, recognized by Bisnow as the one the Bay Area Power Women in 2019 and 2019 CREW SF MVP in the Elevate. Currently is the Philanthropy chair of the Cushman & Wakefield WIN (Women Integrated Network) SF Chapter and is a prominent diversity and inclusion advocator.

 

Nadira Akbari, VP, Avison Young, brings over 12 years of experience in many aspects of Real Estate. Prior to Avison Young, Nadira was a founding member of a women/owned brokerage firm in Silicon Valley, where she was instrumental in building the company from initial stages, client satisfaction and being recognized in the industry for several years. First to receive the industry award the “Young Leader of the Year” from CoreNet NorCal. Focuses on the Tenant Representation for clients in various fields including Tech/StartUp and National Corporation. Her goal is to help clients build spaces that innovate and foster a collaborative culture while building unique spaces for future success.
