Aligning Culture, Personality, and Place- Who, What, Where, and How
Humans are fascinating creatures and many factors influence their wellbeing and performance within a particular environment. Two of the most important are users' organizational culture and personalities.
During this session we'll review how organizational culture, which in many ways is similar to a group's personality, and user personalities influence place-related experiences and expectations and how design can use rigorously derived, science-based information on these place-design links to facilitate desired financial, emotional, cognitive, and physical outcomes. At the conclusion of this session, attendees will be have the information required to create spaces that simultaneously align with organizational culture, at a group level, and user personality, at an individual level.
