With the 2021 rollout for congestion pricing quickly approaching, the CoreNet Public Policy Committee is hosting an event with policy experts and end-users to demystify and pose questions about this game-changing policy, its implementation and its impact on New York City and real estate. The event will explore topics like MTA’s funding streams, the logistics of implementation and rollout, implications for traffic and the for-hire vehicle industry. First, presenters working in transit-adjacent sectors and leaders in politics and finance will provide a fast-paced overview presentation to fundamentally demystify and contextualize congestion pricing for audience members. The latter part of the event will include a question and answer segment by various panelists focused on implications corporate real estate.
