Vik Aggarwal is a corporate real estate executive with 18 years of experience. He has developed a strong understanding of end-to-end lifecycle real estate management (from site selection, transaction management, construction and facilities management to portfolio strategy and disposition) throughout his career, which is also rooted in a strong financial background. He has worked at JPMorgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, BlackRock, American Express, and AECOM. Aggarwal now runs Knotel's global enterprise team, leveraging his real estate and financial expertise to support customers in optimizing flexible workspace in their real estate portfolios
Bryan Koop, Boston Properties - Executive Vice President, Boston Region
Bryan Koop is responsible for overseeing all operations, development and new business opportunities for the Boston region of Boston Properties. While at Boston Properties, Bryan has developed over 5 million square feet of commercial office space that include 888 Boylston Street, Atlantic Wharf, 77 City Point and 111 Huntington Avenue.
Prior to joining Boston Properties, Bryan Koop was a Partner at Trammell Crow Company. His career there covered development of commercial office buildings, shopping centers and hotels.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master's Degree in Business from Texas Christian University.
Amit Seth, Hana/CBRE – Senior Vice President Strategy
Amit Seth is Hana’s Senior Vice President of Strategy, where he has overall responsibility for driving strategic alignment, overall business operations and organizational health to scale the brand. In addition, he manages key strategic initiatives and facilitates prioritization across Hana’s business functions including product, technology, operations, sales and finance.
He serves as a strategic partner and consultant to the executive team providing insight and advice on scalable business model practices, strategy and planning, operational excellence and developing the overall strategic vision.
Amit has proven success in developing and executing business growth strategies while driving new product and service innovation within fast-paced, service-led and technology-enabled organizations.
Amit joined Hana from PTC (NASDAQ: PTC) where he led the strategy and operations for PTC’s cloud business. Amit also previously worked at Zipcar in various senior leadership roles. Earlier in his career, he worked at EMC and as a consultant for GE.
Mack Freedman, DraftKings - Sr. Manager of Global Real Estate
Mack Freedman is DraftKings’ Sr. Manager of Global Real Estate and heads up all areas of physical expansion for DraftKings while also driving overall strategy for geographical expansion and office builds. Mack has been at DraftKings since 2015, currently part of the 6-person People Leadership Team and has lead space growth of over 1300% while more than quadrupling headcount. In his time at DraftKings Mack has opened offices in Boston, NY, NJ, Florida, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Malta, London, Australia, and more. Before DraftKings Mack worked for Tishman Speyer in their Boston Office and attended Boston University where he received a degree in Finance.
