Neal Beatty - Control Risks, Partner 
Neal Beatty is a Partner and General Manager of Control Risks’ HK office, responsible for client relationships in HK, developing new business with multinational clients, and advising on areas of business risk that impact their operations in HK, Greater China and APAC.

Neal also consults with clients on issues relating to strategic risk management and crisis preparedness, including restructuring and reputational issues. He has assisted clients dealing with sensitive internal compliance and business continuity issue and regularly conducts crisis management workshops with senior management groups. A fluent Mandarin Chinese speaker, Neal regularly gives presentations to both MNC and Chinese companies on a range of business risk-related issues.

 

Jake Boswell - Bridger Strategic Intelligence, Managing Director, Head of Hong Kong 
Jake has worked in intelligence collection, analysis, investigative research and strategy for nearly 20 years. Jake began his career within the US Office of the Secretary of Defense as a task force lead. He later served in the US Army as an intelligence analyst and Arabic linguist. In this capacity, Jake was seconded to work with the National Security Agency.

Jake has lived in Hong Kong for 12 years and has performed extensive intelligence-driven work including political risk, cybersecurity, intelligence collection and analysis, investigative due diligence and unstructured complex problem solving in multiple jurisdictions throughout Asia.

Caroline Court - Ericsson, Head of Real Estate & Facilities Management for East Asia & Oceania
Caroline is responsible for the delivery and management of all operational workspace for one of the five global hubs at Ericsson. Within her role Caroline is accountable for physical security and business continuity planning. Ericsson has been at the forefront of communications technology for 140 year, committed to maximizing customer value by continuously evolving its business portfolio and leading the ICT industry.
