Sarah K. Abrams is Senior Vice President and Head of Global Real Estate at Iron Mountain, the world’s leader in information management and a public REIT. She leads a global team responsible for real estate strategy, M&A due diligence, transactions, construction, ground-up development and facility management for a portfolio of 88 million sf in 55 countries and over 1,450 facilities.
Sarah holds a BA in Economics, magna cum laude from Boston University, a JD degree from Cornell Law School and a MS in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
A recipient of 7 Luminary Awards for excellence in speaking at CoreNet Global Summits, Sarah has also taught at the Cornell Law School (adjunct associate professor) and the MIT Center for Real Estate, where she currently holds an appointment as a Visiting Lecturer. She is the recipient of the Global Corporate Real Estate Executive of the Year Award from CoreNet Global in October 2013, the CREW Distinguished Leader Award in September 2015 and the New England Chapter of CoreNet Global President’s Award in 2018.
Sarah is a former president and current Board member of the MA Chapter of NAIOP, a past president of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Boston and a past president and current Legacy Council member of the New England Chapter of CoreNet Global.
