The Ohio Kentucky Chapter is proud to present a Driving Corporate Real Estate on October 3 at 4:00pm at Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum, Indianapolis, IN.
The Corporate Real Estate (CRE) industry is changing rapidly. What was considered future change is coming fast or already here. Hear from keynote speaker Vik Bangia, former national CoreNet Global Board member and 25-year CRE industry expert as he outlines significant trends in CRE that every leader needs to learn, anticipate and manage. Joining Vik will be a panel of experts (listed below) that will go deep on three of these trends.
Participants will be able to separate noise from substance relating to big data, IoT and Smart Cities. They will understand the critical importance of employee engagement to recruiting and retention of employees, and they will learn the ramifications and requirements of lease accounting changes and how lease administrations is moving from a real estate function to a finance function.
