CoreNet Midwest Corporate Real Estate Technology Fair
Technology is the bridge between our digital and physical worlds. The intent of this program is to familiarize CRE professionals on the latest technology that enables us to forecast, market, and collect information about our spaces and buildings to better serve our clients. During this program participants will be engaged through an interactive technology fair and will focus on learning more about drones in CRE, activity analysis and utilization sensors, smart building technology, and VR/AR. Participants will learn how to optimize employee and client experience, advance real estate portfolios, and improve energy efficiency.
This presentation will provide an overview of the current state of intelligent building technologies and the trends driving adoption of advanced tools including Internet of Things (IoT). Presentation will demonstrate the benefits of intelligent buildings for occupants (tenants), owners, and operators. After attending the session, participants will be familiar with the technologies in intelligent buildings and how they can be leveraged in new and existing facilities to drive occupant comfort and satisfaction, operational and energy efficiency, property value, and tenant recruitment and retention.
Technology to measure utilization and activity in the workplace
A panel comprised of industry experts who will share their experience on technology methods and the value of utilization and activity data to inform workplace strategy, ultimately leading to an elevated employee experience and optimized real estate portfolio.
Drones in Corporate Real Estate
An introduction to the possible use of drones for corporate real estate, design, and construction. The presentation will teach participants about the common types of drones, the use of drones, federal and local regulations related to their use, and common deliverables and benefits from drone data today.
VR/AR in Corporate Real Estate
Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) have the potential to transform the way buildings are designed, delivered, and managed. Current capabilities will be showcased along with HGA’s proprietary CollectiveVR platform. Attendees will have the opportunity to experience how these tools are transforming our industry.
