The History of the Future featuring Spencer Levy, Americas Head of Research | Senior Economic Advisor for CBRE
Since the beginning of time people have been trying to predict the future. Predicting the future is hard because it is a moving target and YOU can influence the outcome. Outside forces such as ideology, politics, and money can change predictions. The CRE Industry is also hard to predict so we ask our clients to be "agile" when planning ....to have flexibility for options no matter what the future holds.
This program will explore how the CRE professional can work with forecast data to help clients understand what agile means to their business and real estate strategy. We will explore how variables such as geopolitics, Commercial Real Estate Occupiers, taxes and rising interest rates are evaluated alongside the trends of densification, agility and of course the race to retain and recruit top talent are shaping the way we plan for the future.
Spencer Levy, Americas Head of Research | Senior Economic Advisor - CBRE.
