Nichola Reece-Burton, Head of Litigation & Dispute Resolution and a Senior Legal Consultant (UAE) with James Berry & Associates will discuss the new Dubai Rental Dispute Settlement Centre which promises a faster resolution to property disagreements, has a mediation section, a trial chamber, and an appeals chamber and a section to implement rulings. In addition Nichola will give an overview of the new division within the DIFC Courts, the Technology and Construction Division.
