Marisa Fava, Sales Manager, Humanscale
Marisa joined Humanscale in June 2003 and since then her roles have included business development for the Massachusetts and Rhode Island sales territories, sales and product training as part of Humanscale University, and Marketing & Communications as part of the Humanscale International team based in London, UK. Currently, she is a Sales Manager within the Boston office, with a team covering Eastern Massachusetts. Prior to working at Humanscale, she worked at Knoll in their Boston showroom. Marisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College and is originally from New Jersey. She lives just north of Boston in Swampscott with her husband Joe, son Ben, and daughters Annabel and Charlotte.
Marisa is currently co-chair of the Communications committee for the CoreNet Global New England Chapter. In 2015, she was named one of the “36 Under 36” top Young Leaders from all of the 40 CoreNet Global Chapters from around the world.
Kristin Poulin, VP of Business Development,
Structure Tone, Inc.
Kristin Poulin is Vice President of Business Development at Structure Tone. In her position, she spearheads the organization’s client development and marketing initiatives, fosters the strategic direction of their various market sectors, and supports the efforts of the firm’s global client initiatives across the U.S. as well as in London, Dublin and Hong Kong.
Kristin is a member of the CoreNet Global New England Chapter Board of Directors and most recently served on the Executive Committee as Chapter Secretary/Clerk. Recently she’s taken the lead on the BOD Strategic Initiative Task Force for Life Sciences. Kristin serves as Board liaison to the Charitable Golf Committee (which she co-founded in 2001) and to the Communications Committee. Regionally, she’s been engaged multiple times on the Eastern Regional Symposium Host Committee. In 2016, Kristin was named CoreNet’s Global Real Estate Service Provider of the Year and was also a member of the Inaugural Leadership 2.0 Class.
As an active mother of two (Charlie 10 & Abbie 7), Kristin volunteers regularly at two schools, is Team Manager for her daughter’s travel soccer team, and serves as volunteer for Tolland Soccer Club’s annual 3v3 tournament.
