Women’s Leadership Breakfast Talk- “Secrets to my success”

In light of the recent events that have turned the international spotlight on inequity, harassment and discrimination, communities around the world have responded by coming together to accelerate change. We know progress is slow with gender parity still 200 years away according to the World Economic Forum’s 2017 Global Gender Report, but in Asia there are strong women in leadership roles quietly burning a trail for others whether they realise it or not.

4 extraordinary woman leaders speak about their experience throughout their working career. In an interactive panel setting they will discuss topics such as first management role promotions, quota for women in senior positions, female talent retention as well as challenges of balancing life as a mother and wife.
