At 1.3 million square feet, and with a $2 billion capital
investment, Terminal Warehouse is the largest adaptive reuse project in New York
City's history. Terminal Warehouse is home to 1.1 million square feet of new
office space, complemented by 60,000 square feet of destination retail and food
and beverage space. Nestled between the High Line and Hudson River Park, there
is no shortage of public green space for this highly anticipated mixed-use
development.
All attendees will check in in the Registration Lounge area before the tour
and leave promptly at 10:30 AM. Please note that the time and location are
