We will be helping to FILL THE PANTRY for Wake Tech's The Nest which provides free, accessible food pantries across Wake Tech's campuses.
Wake Tech gladly accepts donations of non-perishable goods for The Nest. Monetary donations can be made to the Wake Tech Foundation. Select "Other" under Fund Designation and note "The Nest" in the blank provided.
Please bring non-perishable shelf stable items to share with the Wake Tech community. Some ideas:
- Canned tuna, salmon
- Spice packets like grill seasonings, taco seasoning, chili seasoning, Cajun seasoning, sazon
- Salt, Pepper Spices in plastic containers like garlic powder, onion power
- Brown or White Rice
- Mixed nuts or trail mix (unsalted)
- Dry pasta (including whole grain options)
- Rice, lentils, and legumes
- Sauces (tomato paste/sauce, alfredo, etc)
- Soups (chili, vegetable soup, chicken soup, beef stew)
