Frank Wallace, CPM
Frank Wallace joined Triten Real Estate Partners in March of 2020 as a Property Manager for the Houston Market and was promoted to Asset Manager in 2022. His previous experience was with Parkway Properties where he oversaw 1.5 MM SF of Class A high-rise office, retail, and restaurant space. His focus is on mixed-use and industrial developments where he oversees operations. He is an active member of IREM, a certified CPA, and a member of Houston BOMA where he was selected into the 2020 Leadership Lyceum Program and on the Programs Committee. He is an active outdoorsman and enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and three children.
