Mergers and acquisitions, when executed well, are one of the most critical tools companies can use to create value. But they’re not always the most popular path to growth, in fact, they can also come with substantial drawbacks—such as integration risk.
With this session we will have two well established firms discuss why and how they decide to be acquired by a much larger major firm.
We will learn about the “behind the scenes” of this difficult business decision and how it has been beneficial too both parties.
