Kimberly Barrow is a construction industry veteran with over 34 years of experience. Starting as a Superintendent, she advanced to her current position as Vice President | Division Lead of O’Donnell/Snider’s Corporate Interior construction division. Throughout her career, Kimberly has successfully managed over eight million square feet of construction projects including oil and gas, law firms, healthcare, life science and other industries. Kimberly’s commitment to delivering exceptional customer service has resulted in a strong track record of repeat business and referrals.

Bradley Elliott, MBA, CAE

Bradley Elliott serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Houston Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the Houston BOMA Foundation, where he is responsible for the overall management, administration, and direction of the organizations, including the execution of all policies, implementation of all programs, control of financial affairs, and management of staff. He also serves as the Vice Chair of the BOMA International BAE Council, sharing his association experience in executive leadership, communications, marketing, membership, chapter relations, public relations, technology, and government affairs with other BOMA executives nationwide.

Previously, Bradley served in an executive role in the Member Services Division of the American College of Surgeons (ACS), overseeing and ensuring the successful coordination and performance of 19 functional areas of the College comprised of 34 staff members and total revenues of $25 million. Before joining ACS, he served as the Director of Member Services for the American Fire Sprinkler Association (AFSA), where he significantly rebuilt and rebranded the Membership & Chapter Relations department’s standing with the board, staff, chapters, and the general membership. Bradley also spent nine years with the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas (AAGD), one of the largest local apartment associations in the country. He served in multiple roles there, the last being Director of Communications & Marketing.

Bradley is enthusiastic, driven, and passionate about association management. He holds an MBA and the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential. He is currently attending the Institute for Organization Management—the nonprofit leadership training program of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation.

 

Amanda Kirkwood, MS, PE

An MEP Engineer and profit center manager, Amanda values consistent communication and punctuality when advocating for both owner and architect’s needs in the design process. Known for her deft handling of complex issues, Amanda and her team garner repeat business due to their creative solutions even when faced with unique constraints. With a focus on large and often challenging commercial development, Amanda has a proven track record as the liaison among MEP designers and owners/architects/developers to deliver successful project outcomes. 

Amanda serves on the advisory board of the Texas A&M Architectural Engineering department, helping the university jumpstart the discipline, gain accreditation and empower and educate the next generation of engineering professionals. 

     
Todd Oliver PE, CSP

Todd is a licensed Fire Protection Engineer with 17 years of experience in design and engineering for fire protection and safety. He has extensive experience in the design and construction of petrochemical and high hazard occupancies. Over the past 17 years, he has designed a variety of active and passive fire protection and alarm systems for many types of industries.  Prior to Jensen Hughes he worked for petrochemical engineering design and construction companies. Additionally, he worked as a Fire Protection and Safety Engineer at Johnson Space Center for five years. Currently, Todd is serving on the NFPA Code Committee for NFPA 30, Flammable and Combustible Liquids Code and NFPA 400, Hazardous Materials Code.

Greg Sherman is the Engineering Practice Leader at HOK for the MEP Engineering Practice. With over 14 years of experience at HOK, Greg excels in solving complex problems for clients across various sectors like corporate, science and technology, aviation and government projects. He fosters collaboration among multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions. His passion lies in creating built environments that meet today's needs while ensuring a sustainable future. 


Garth Williams
Technical Director
PDR

Garth is PDR’s Technical Director and oversees the documentation, permitting and construction observation of all PDR projects in addition to setting the firm’s design technology and project delivery standards. He brings twelve years of experience in commercial interiors to PDR’s Design + Architecture studio and utilizes his industry knowledge and technical background to mentor project teams and create tools that allow them to deliver transformational spaces.

Garth has extensive architectural experience in the legal, financial and oil & gas markets as well as a background in information technology, sales and marketing. He is a member of the International Code Council and in 2023 served on the City of Houston’s Construction Code Modernization Committee. This varied breadth and depth of experience allows him to recognize architectural, organizational and technical solutions to a variety of issues.

As Technical Director, Garth guides all project teams in the Design + Architecture studio, reviewing drawings, providing guidance on building codes and accessibility, developing documentation standards and creating new tools and processes. Garth expertly interprets concepts and ideas and implements them in a way that benefits the studio and ultimately, PDR’s clients.
