Gregory Dudgeon and Tucker Dupree will speak about how BP is using employee experience programming to enhance their enterprise.

Greg Dudgeon has a diverse career spanning eight years of experience serving in various positions in the United States Navy, further honing his facility management expertise in Houston's oil and gas industry, where he focused on areas such as vendor relations, workplace management, lease development, and customer service.

Currently, as the Colleague Experience Lead for the Americas region on the bp account at JLL, Greg is dedicated to enhancing the overall employee experience and creating a positive work environment. Excelling in understanding employee sentiment and tailoring workplace approaches to meet their needs, Greg has successfully increased engagement and productivity within the organization. His achievements include coordinating return-to-office operations, leading a highly effective team that conducts numerous impactful events annually, and implementing engagement programs across diverse cultures.

Tucker Dupree
Workplace Colleague Experience Lead, Americas

Tucker Dupree is an esteemed professional serving as the Colleague Experience Lead for the Americas at BP. In his position, he plays a pivotal role in delivering a world class colleague experience, while helping create change in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives. After acquiring his disability at the age of 17, Tucker has garnered global recognition by delivering impactful change on challenging the ordinary and embracing the extraordinary.

Before joining BP, Tucker achieved remarkable success as an athlete representing Team USA in three Paralympic games, five World Championships, and 12 Pro-cup circuits. His exceptional athletic career entails winning multiple medals, including a silver medal in the 100-meter Backstroke and two bronze medals in the 100-meter and 50-meter Freestyle at the 2012 Games in London, and a bronze medal in the 100-meter Backstroke at the 2016 Games in Rio. Tucker's achievements have solidified his position as one of the most decorated blind swimmers in American history.

Having retired from competitive swimming in 2017, Tucker has transitioned into a full-time role at BP, where he brings his enthusiasm, passion, and a Limitless Vision mindset every day.
