The days of a mass remote workforce are continuing to shift with corporate real estate feeling the evolving effects. The anticipated migration from the home office to the corporate office continues to be varied, being impacted by the economy, labor shortages, workplace culture, and expanding and complex municipal policies and regulations. Most organizations continue to reside at some point between “where we were before” and “where we want to be in the future.”In the absence of a crystal ball, there is no “one size fits all.”There is, however, a lot we can learn from each other.
This CoreNet Midwest/MSP IFMA program will identify national and regional trends, building a framework for real estate experts to share their perspectives and experiences, as well as the challenges we will face in 2024 and beyond.
