GEN Z is Here: Lessons for the Future from the Next Generation

Are you ready? Gen Z is changing the way we communicate and collaborate in the workplace. Join ThinkLab as we look beyond the STEREOTYPE of Gen Z and instead explore them as a PROTOTYPE shaping the future of how all generations are shifting. 

 

 

 

**We'll be collecting coats for our Annual Coat Driving benefiting the children and families of the Sue Duncan Children's Center. Please bring in new or gently used coats to donate. Boys, girls and adult coats will be accepted.

Jessica Jenkins 

Jessica Jenkins is a designer, maker, and people-person. Passionate about human-centric design and impactful interiors, she is a creative problem-solver with a BFA in Interior Design who leverages her curiosity for design + data to challenge industry norms, create customer-focused solutions reinforce a firm belief that life is best experienced through culturally diverse food, good wine and great conversation. 

 

Ethan Barbour 

Nearing two years of industry experience, Ethan Barbour is a Junior Designer at IA Interior Architects, based in the firm’s Chicago Studio. He is a recent graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design, holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design. Ethan's commitment to design excellence and innovative thinking has earned him several accolades, including his role as a Fitwell Ambassador and his active participation in ThinkLab events. His passion for creative and thoughtful design solutions is evident in his work at IA, where he has quickly established himself as a promising talent in the field.

 

Ally Wojick 

Ally Wojick, an accomplished Account Executive known for transforming spaces into high-performance environments, is a recognized leader in innovative workspace design. As the Chair of CoreNet Young Leaders, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the industry's future by fostering talent and bridging connections between experienced professionals and the emerging generation.

 

Jaquis Covington 

Jaquis plays a key role in maintaining a high-level of consistency across transactions and overall client experience. Jaquis has experience working with national portfolio clients, as well as technology, legal and professional service clients throughout the Greater Chicago area. He specializes in strategy and technology implementation to drive a seamless transaction process. Jaquis holds a MBA in Real Estate Investment & Finance from DePaul University and is President of JLL (internal) Young Guns Organization and serves on the board for Chicago Scholars and National Urban League (Chicago Chapter).
