Lewter is a business development leader in Houston’s commercial real estate and public sectors and has an extensive history of volunteer service throughout the community....Diann brings strong business acumen and a depth of knowledge with her to the METRO Board. She is familiar with many of the board members and METRO policies and procedures. Her previous board service and experience will be critical as we develop the University Line bus rapid transit, connect light rail to Hobby Airport, and create meaningful alternatives to single-occupant commuting

Steve holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and both a B.A. and M. Arch from Yale University. In addition to leading Platform, Steve is President of his family’s office, Ybarra Investments, Inc. where he primarily focuses on restaurant and real estate investments. Prior to Platform, Steve previously worked in both development and architecture capacities at Trammell Crow Company (Houston), Tamarkin Co. (New York), and Kohn Pederson Fox Associates (New York). He was previously licensed as an architect and real estate salesperson in New York State. Steve is a member of the Urban Land Institute’s Houston Small Scale Development Council and serves on the Hermann Park Conservancy Advisory Board’s Projects Committee.
