Marty focuses on the disposition of office buildings, primarily in Houston and surrounding areas, for private and institutional clients. He’s been involved in transactions totaling more than $2.1 billion and 15.4 million square feet.

Dennis Tarro leads Patrinely’s leasing efforts on a national basis and helps guide new business in all major U.S. markets for office, industrial and data center asset classes. With over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry nationally, he is actively involved in the company’s project finance solutions, including extensive experience in large corporate build-to-suits ranging from 100,000 to over 900,000 square feet.
Russell Hodges

Russell Hodges is an Executive Vice President on the Investor Leasing team in CBRE’s Houston office. Mr. Hodges joined CBRE after seven years as Managing Director for JLL’s Agency Leasing Team, where he led the team responsible for an office portfolio of 15M SF of Class A office space. Prior to JLL, he was with Hines Interests, where he was responsible for a Class A portfolio of 4M SF primarily located in the CBD and Galleria submarkets.
Mr. Hodges has been active in the agency leasing business in Houston since graduating from TCU in 2005. Throughout his 15-year career, he has represented many of the city’s most iconic office towers and premier developments.
