Denis Desmond, Head of Facilities Services, R&D Operations, EHS Real Estate, CRISPR Therapeutics
Denis is a Biotech / Pharma business leader with extensive experience in global Facilities & Engineering and Strategic Planning & Program Management. He has extensive expertise in supporting company growth, supporting all areas of the business (R&D, Technical Operations and Commercial) and across a variety of modalities (small molecule, biologics and gene therapy). As Head of Facilities Services, R&D Operations, EHS & Real Estate for CRISPR, Denis provides innovative and strategic leadership for all aspects of CRISPR’s operational infrastructure, including; R&D operations, facilities planning, capital management, engineering, construction, real estate, facilities management, security & EHS.

Paul Jacobson, Director of Facilities, CRISPR Therapeutics
Paul has 16 years of experience as a leader of pharmaceutical capital improvement projects and facility management. As CRISPR’s Director of Facilities, he oversees day-to-day facility operations, as well as how CRISPR’s facilities can support strategic initiatives. Paul interfaces directly with end users to ensure the facility supports their immediate and future needs.
