Join us March 10 from 8-10 am for an introduction to meditation and learn how it can reduce the impact on workplace stress on your mind and body. Session will be led by Jenna Little, Registered Yoga Instructor.
During our networking time, we will explore the idea of workplace amenities - from cafe space with snacks to rejuvenation spaces for meditation.
