Tricia Song | Head of Research, Singapore & South East Asia, CBRE
Tricia brings to CBRE a wealth of experience of more than 20 years in both public property equity and private commercial real estate research. In her last role, she led a team of sectoral specialists to publish periodical and thematic research reports covering the Singapore real estate market. Before joining the commercial real estate industry, Tricia was the lead analyst for the Singapore Real Estate and REITs sector at Equity Research at Barclays Bank PLC and before that at Credit Suisse, HSBC, CIMB-GK, and UOB KayHian. She was also the lead equity analyst on various Initial Public Offering (IPO) pre-deals research including Ananda Development, iREIT Global, CapitaMalls Asia, and MacarthurCook Industrial REIT (currently AIMS APAC REIT). Before real estate sell-side, Tricia also has prior experience on the buy-side, specifically in private equity, working on M&A deals in Asia Pacific at Newbridge Capital. Tricia currently heads Research for Singapore and South East Asia. She is also the media spokesperson for the company and will oversee the research teams across Southeast Asia in producing quality and timely analysis, insights and forecasts that reflect trends and evolutions across the different real estate sectors. As a thought leader, her experience and knowledge span across residential, office, retail and industrial real estate sectors in Singapore and South East Asia.
Tricia has led thought-leadership white papers on key market trends including Collective Sales, Flexible Workspace, Industry 4.0, and the Future of Logistics and Office real estate. Tricia is widely recognized as an industry expert and is a frequent speaker at various real estate seminars and conferences, as well as client events. She has spoken at conferences held by the Real Estate Developers’ Association (REDAS), Real Estate Investment Trust Association (REITAS), Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV), CoreNet, British Chamber of Commerce, and the Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX).
Roddy Allan | Chief Research Officer Asia Pacific, JLL
Roddy Allan joined JLL Asia Pacific Research in 2007. He now leads the Asia Pacific research platform, with a team of over 180 researchers. The team provide thought leadership, data, reporting and forecasting on the four main property sectors of office, retail, residential and industrial across more than fifty cities regionally, as well as deep insights into the growing alternative real estate investment classes.
In his role, Roddy works directly with major direct and indirect regional investors and occupiers across the region assisting them with their key research needs to support their investment and planning strategies, along with market reporting. In addition to this, Roddy also focuses heavily on JLL’s Asia Pacific research consulting, data methodology and reporting. He has advised on capital allocation in excess of USD 8 billion over the last 24 months. He has also led key asset disposal advisory and authored strategic fundraising material for third party investors.
Roddy is also a regular media commentator, appearing in interview segments including BBC, CNBC and Chanel News Asia.
Tim Armstrong | Global Head of Occupier Strategy and Solutions, Knight Frank
Tim brings over 20 years of experience in transaction management and advisory, advising both occupier and landlord clients across both the office and industrial sectors, working in partnership to align their commercial real estate strategies to work for their business needs.
As the Global Head of Occupier Strategy and Solutions, he is responsible for growing Knight Frank's occupier and global portfolio solutions business, which delivers world-class corporate real estate outsourcing solutions to clients around the world.
Based in Singapore, Tim also heads the Asia-Pacific Occupier Strategy and Solutions team, which deals with some of the world's fastest growing and most dynamic markets and companies.
