His longstanding relationships are a testament to prioritizing their requirements and attention to detail allows him to create superior results. He is an expert in tenant representation, consulting, site selection, sales, leasing, acquisition, disposition, corporate solutions, lease restructuring, build-to-suits, and strategic planning. Moreover, he has led the JLL Houston’s Office Tenant Representation group for over 14 years, where he is responsible for their overall success and mentors junior associates.
In a career spanning over 30 years, Ronnie has represented global corporations such as ExxonMobil Corporation, HPE, KPMG, The Williams Companies, Dow Chemical, AON and CenterPoint Energy. His real estate projects have fundamentally shaped Houston’s commercial real estate landscape. His recent assignments include site consolidation, analysis, and selection for a Fortune 100 company’s 4 million square foot campus in Houston and he assisted HPE with the relocation of their world headquarters to a newly built campus in Houston.
Mildred Scott

Mildred Scott is a global director and attorney with over 20 years experience in real estate and the built environment. At Hewlett Packard Enterprise Mildred leads a team responsible for the development and deployment of the real estate transaction strategy for all acquisitions and dispositions globally, as well as broker selection and management. Her team also has accountability for global property management, lease administration, incentive pursuits and strategic planning.
