Design for Hybrid Work
Scott Strzinek is the subject of a recent article in Fast Company for his work on NI’s rollout of their “Workplace for Everyone” concept. The project models various workplace settings serving NI's emerging hybrid work. Mr. Strzinek will discuss their design process and solutions applied at NI’s Texas headquarters.

Scott is a corporate real estate executive with 25 years of experience in real estate, facilities, IT, and construction. Early in his career, Scott managed IT systems and professionals for a global architecture firm and a healthcare technology company. He then transitioned to managing real estate and facilities in a high growth environment. Through his career, Scott has managed hundreds of global corporate renovations that have received high praise from his customers along with industry awards and recognition.
Currently, Scott is the Senior Director of Global Facilities for NI (formerly National Instruments), a 40+ year old technology company based in Austin, TX. Scott oversees the global teams responsible for all aspects of real estate and facilities management supporting 7000 employees in 2M square feet across 65 locations in 34 countries. The portfolio includes office, manufacturing, warehouse, and land with a variety of leased, owned, and co-working space.
Scott’s passion is leading the people and process of aligning space with culture to create exceptional global workplace experiences that improve engagement, recruiting, and retention.
