Please join the Women of Corenet for a Happy Hour / Book Club event to discuss James Clear’s Atomic Habits.
Author James Clear teaches simple, practical ways that we can transform our lives with Atomic Habits. He describes the four stages of habit transformation and strategies on how to implement them. Let’s discuss how we can be the architects of change in our own lives to become what we’ve always wanted such as: a writer, an artist, a leader, a better parent, etc. As James says, “If you can change your habits, you can change your life.”
If you won’t be able to read the book, there are many videos available online, from 5 minutes to 5 hours. We will also send out a book summary to all registered participants to get you all ready for the session. If for some reason you can’t do any of the above then definitely still attend as there will be lots of golden nuggets to take away. As this is a Happy Hour and we missed our opportunity in May, we will also be including a Minibar delivery so register early in order to receive your beverage of choice in plenty of time for this life-changing discussion.
