Payal Pandya

Payal has extensive experience as a public sector leader in the ATO working across legal, service delivery and corporate functions. She currently leads the ATO’s property function, which involves overall responsibility for a large portfolio and building operations across 26 ATO sites and additional subleased sites. The role spans leasing and building projects, physical security management, facilities and accommodation management and strategic engagement across the Whole of Government.

Payal enjoys the variety of working in property, leveraging her legal expertise and commercial acumen, combined with operational experience and stakeholder management skills to lead a large national team in delivering a corporate and strategic function.

 

Mitch Wilson

Mitch leads the Cushman and Wakefield Project and Development Services (PDS) Team across Australia and New Zealand. He has oversight of the Project Services, Programme Management, Building Consultancy, Design and Workplace and Client Services teams within the PDS ANZ team. The Team consists of 130+ project and property specialists delivering more that 250 projects per annum with over $1bn under programme management alone.

Mitch enjoys all facets of commercial property and construction having seen all sides of construction from being a subcontractor, a builder, a client-side project manager and as an end user client. Holding positions with national builders early in his career, he has also held senior property and project management positions at Westpac and JLL, delivering state and national capital projects prior to owning a construction and maintenance company before selling the business in December of 2019. Mitch joined Cushman and Wakefield in July of 2022 at a time of real momentum with plans to grow the business significantly over the coming years.

 

Brodie Wotten

Brodie joined the Royal Australian Navy in 1995 and served fifteen years in the permanent Navy, before transferring to the reserves in 2010.  Across his permanent career, he served in a multitude of shore establishments and sea going platforms with career highlights including postings within HMAS Stuart for her Middle East deployment in 2004 and a two year posting onboard STS Young Endeavour in the mid 2000’s. 

After a short stint as a real estate agent with L.J Hooker in 2010, he joined the APS that same year and has subsequently worked across the Department including roles within the Defence Material Organisation, Capability Development Group and Security and Estate Group (SEG).   

In 2017, he undertook a secondment to the Department of Human Services and worked within the Integrity Modernisation Division which focused on the compliance aspects of citizen interaction with Government across digital platforms.

Within SEG, he has worked across all aspects of the Group, including a base environment at HMAS Creswell, a regional portfolio within the ACT, directly to the First Assistant Secretary Service Delivery leading the Posting Connect project for a short time and most recently within a national role as the Director of the Estate Works Program.

He is currently performing the role of Acting Assistant Secretary, Program Management and Governance within Service Delivery Division.
