Join us for a tour of BioMed Realty's Gateway of Pacific project located in South San Francisco. The campus will consist of 5 phases, 10 buildings and nearly 2.2 million square feet once complete. On-site amenities include: underground parking, a 50,000 square foot free-standing amenity center, LEED Platinum and Fitwel 2 rating and conference center. Located within the campus will be Gateway Central Park, this 5.5 acre Zen-like environment offers a space for connection and collaboration for tenants who need to step outside of the office or laboratory.
The tour will begin promptly at 4:45p. Hard hats will be provided. Must wear closed-toe shoes in order to tour. *LIMITED CAPACITY - will be based on first come first serve*
Following the tour will be a happy hour and meet and greet with the brokerage team representing the project.
