Opened in April 2022, the new 38,000-square-foot space is the first Cushman & Wakefield office that has been designed and constructed with lessons learned from COVID-19. This office was designed by HGA Architects & Engineers and will be used to inform the future of Cushman’s other 400 global offices. Cushman used data gathered from its proprietary “Experience per SF” engagement tool to guide the design and build-out. The space has been submitted for Fitwel Certification (2 Star). Come see Cushman’s new office complete elements of biophilia, a 23-foot video wall, and social hub, followed by a happy hour on the newly repositioned rooftop terrace of 2101 L Street.
