The session will be co-facilitated by leading Organizational Psychiatrist, specializing in Neuroscience and Prosci Master instructor, Dustin Jackson, PhD, joined by Sr. Manager for Workplace Strategy at Charter Communications, Chris LaPata, MCR. They will be exploring Dr. Jackson’s research around a human being’s 8 Primal Needs and how employers can address these needs through organizational culture, work policy, and the work environment.
