Join us for a hard hat tour of Wexford Science + Technologies newest building, One uCity, at UCity Square, Philadelphia's Innovation address. At 13 stories tall and 389k SF, One uCity is Philadelphia's newest purpose built lab building featuring ample amenities including, 4 winter gardens, rooftop and private terraces. Happy Hour will begin at 3675 Market Street in the first floor lounge at 4:30 pm. Three separate hard hat tours will depart to tour One uCity from there. All groups will return to the first floor lounge for a discussion and Q+A with Pete Cramer, Senior Director of Development with Wexford.
