Caregiving - Creating an Inclusive Workplace For All - An Open Discussion

Thursday, April 14, 2022 to Thursday, April 14, 2022
Zoom San Francisco, CA, United States

Caregiving – Creating an inclusive Workplace for all — An Open Discussion

We’ve talked a lot about equity and social challenges that took place during COVID. Yet one area we often overlook is the discussion of people who care for others while they try to work and continue to grow their career.  And as corporate real estate professionals, we may have experienced directly or have been impacted by caregiving inequality in the workplace.

We hope this discussion will bring to light the current inequities and how they impact us whether we’re a caregiver or not. We have assembled a group of caregivers from differing stages to enable an open discussion amongst attendees. Moderated by a premier leader in the childcare industry, Fran McIntyre will lead the panel and us in dialogue as we navigate through this often-overlooked topic.
