The CoreNet Global Connecticut, Mid Atlantic, New England and New York Diversity and Inclusion committees invited Sheila Callaham to discuss the ageism situation and what age bias and age stereotypes look like in the workplace, particularly around implicit bias. Many companies have not thought about age discrimination as it is woven into the fabric of our societal framework. In this keynote, Sheila talks about the importance of age equity and how it impacts people of all ages across every dimension of diversity.
