Join us for the first of a three-part series dedicated to empowering our professional purpose. CoreNet’s Career Strategies + Development Committee has collaborated with Dr. Kibibi Springs from MillerKnoll to engage in a conversation about the skillsets for flourishing in the future of work.

Close out the year in service of jump starting your personal vision for agility, resilience, and well-being. This interactive session is designed to help you leverage the research in I-O Psychology in order to reset thinking and habits for a more prosperous and healthier path forward.

December’s session will include a 20-minute talk about the research on growth mindset, positive psychology interventions and GRIT and how to leverage that knowledge for better work and well-being outcomes. The talk will be followed by a 30-minute exploration and planning session facilitated by Dr. Springs where you will engage with other CoreNet members to begin committing or recommitting to that which supports your mental mindset for success.
