Charlotte Holiday Party

Celebrate the holidays in the newly opened Innovation Barn in Charlotte, NC. The Innovation Barn embraces a circular economy by promoting entrepreneurs to find ways to better the Earth. Join us for a tour of the space where you will see everything from new glass recycling processes, hydroponic gardens using live fish tank irrigation, reclaimed wood sculpting, and much more.

 

This event will be held Monday, December 6 from 5:30-8 pm. We will start with a tour of the facility followed by a party with holiday music, fire pits, smores bar, and signature cocktails sponsored by Tito's Vodka.

5:30-6:00 pm – Registration and Networking
6:00-6:30 pm – Tour of the Innovation Barn
6:30-8:00 pm – Holiday Party and Networking

 

Community Investment:
The chapter is excited to partner with Supportive Housing Communities and will be collecting coats at the event. SHC needs all sizes of coats for over 160 children and 500 adults. Make sure to bring a coat or several coats to donate when you arrive at the event. You can also make a donation directly to the organization.

 

Supportive Housing Communities is a leader in Charlotte for ending homelessness. Besides pioneering the concept of providing permanent supportive housing to homeless people with disabilities, we pride ourselves on a 97% success rate of keeping our residents in stable housing.
