Members are invited to an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of a newly delivered HSBC project featuring their new workspace and collaboration spaces. Join Morag Pyott (HSBC), Logan MacWatt (Aedas), and Jonathan Graziano (HSBC) as they discuss their ideas and inspirations for the space.
HUB@HBT was designed with the HSBC Future of Work in mind. It is a transfer floor between the building high and low zone that provides a communal breakout space to encourage collaboration for staff. It serves both internal staff and external visitors by providing meeting, food & beverage, wellness, IT and pantry facilities for their use.

Morag Pyott is the Head of Corporate Real Estate, Asia Pacific, for HSBC. She has over 20 years’ experience in the corporate real estate and construction industries in Asia and UK, with experience in strategy & planning, transaction management, and facilities and project management. She has been a member of CoreNet Global since 2001 and has served on the HK Chapter committee. She also holds the MCR designation.
Logan MacWatt is Managing Director of Aedas Interiors and also manages Aedas’ specialist workplace team in Hong Kong. Logan’s main focus is space planning, creating environments to meet ever changing workplace settings.
Jonathan Graziano is currently Project Director for Greater Bay Area at HSBC. He was involved in the design and construction of HUB@HBT and is responsible for helping HSBC translate its Future of Work program into built form for staff. He has been working in the construction industry in Asia for 10 years and with HSBC for 3 years.
