Mind-Body Wellness Series with Barefoot Existence
The CoreNet NorCal Young Leaders will be hosting a 3-part interactive Wellness Series led by Brittany Fulks, RYT 500 Certified Yoga Teacher and Wellness Coach, of Barefoot Existence. Each workshop will provide information to help participants gain knowledge and awareness on a variety of research-based topics proven to promote wellness in their daily lives.
Part One: Intro to Meditation + Counter-Postures for the Office Worker (90 mins)
Join the Mind-Body Wellness Workshop with Brittany for an introduction on how to incorporate simple wellness exercises into your daily life to relieve stress, anxiety, and bad posture. The workshop will include a review and practice of the following

- 15-Min Introduction to 5 Non-Traditional Meditation Techniques - Approachable Even for Beginners!

- 10-Min Review of Proper Work Posture & Its Physical Benefits
- 20-Min "At Your Desk" Yoga Session that Incorporates 8 Simple Movements to Create Better Posture
- 15-Min Guided Meditation Practice
